Stage I
Knowing Whom to Look for
We start every search by first understanding what the ideal candidate is by reviewing the job description, consulting professional and personality requirements with the client, and conducting additional profiling of the existing workforce

Stage II
The Search and Initial Screening
With an established profile, our team of recruiters then screens the market and our network for relevant profiles, to then be further screened over phone and video calls

Stage III
Selection
Once a candidate has passed the initial screening process, we conduct a skill-assessment interview and/or a case study - the successful candidates are then put forward to be interviewed by the client

Stage IV
The Interview Process
Cain & Mann assists both the candidates and the client throughout the whole interview process by providing detailed feedback of and to all who interviewed
