Job Description

As a Junior Marketing Manager at Recruit, you will support the planning and execution of marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. You’ll work closely with senior marketing managers, sales teams, and other key stakeholders to implement campaigns across various channels, analyze performance metrics, and help refine marketing strategies. Responsibility

• Assist in the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing.

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and target audiences.

• Create and manage content for various marketing channels, ensuring consistency with brand messaging and tone.

• Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce marketing materials such as brochures, ads, and landing pages.

• Monitor campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations for optimization based on data analysis.

• Support the management of the company’s social media presence, including content scheduling and community engagement.

• Assist in coordinating events, webinars, and promotional activities.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing trends and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field.

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email, and content marketing.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, social media management tools, and email marketing software.

• Ability to analyze marketing data and provide actionable insights.

• Creative thinking and a strong attention to detail.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred.
